Afteryou - an awesome breakfast location in Bangkok, Thong Lor region
Fancy tucking into a nice thick toast that's crisp on the edges? check out Afteryou cafe in Bangkok.Signature dishes include Shibuya, a thick toast drizzled with maple syrup, whipped cream, almonds, and 2 giant scoops of vanilla ice cream. The thickness of the toast is at least twice that of Hong Kong cafes in Singapore. Or the egg toast, that comes in a hollowed out thick toast stuffed with cheese, ham and topped off with an egg.
Lip smacking goodness.
Chocolate buffs - be teased by an aptly named cuppa "French Kiss", higher in its cocoa content than their "Hot Chocolate" drink. The little french kiss is practically molten chocolate. On my first sip I scored a little bit of chocolate that was still in its solid form.
Other really good stuff include their pancakes which come in a size larger than a personal pan pizza. Lovely.

To get there take a BTS to Thong Lor station, and hitch a ride on a taxi, or perhaps walk.
Sometimes I wished I was wendy in peter pan, or alice in wonderland. I'm a huge burton and depp fan, and I reckon the only anti-aging methodology is to have dreams, gun for them, and believe that disneyland is still the happiest place on earth.
